“I read reviews about the Birthday advert gift just after I bought it for a friends 40th birthday, and hoped that the disappointed people had been exaggerating. Sadly I’m afraid they were telling the truth. The items in the gift were not what I would consider value for money in relation to the price, and it kind of looked like a teenagers birthday gift, not a gift for a 40year old… I agree there should be a way you can mix and match from your own choice of items, as there’s no way of knowing what is coming- almost seems like a good way to get rid of “end of the line items” for the company.”
