“Bad Packaging: Not as pictured on the site. I was happy with the selection of gifts however I feel the images are misleading in regards to the presentation of the box. It was a gift for my sister and the gifts arrived stuffed into a brown box with non of the colourful quirky presentation that I had expected. When I addressed this with customer service they were empathic and just referred me to some text within their t&cs which said it may arrive in different box to the images shown. I think it took away from the gift massively as the presentation was one of the reasons I used this company.”

Everything that goes into TreatBox takes a lot of time, love and care, to ensure the best experience possible for our customers. We are so sorry that you felt this was not met and we are more than happy to rectify any issues you received. We are constantly designing new things here at TreatBox! Which means things like our boxes may change a lot! Whilst our images will always show our up-to-date boxes, some boxes may differ as to accommodate what is in stock. The Box will also depend on the products picked, larger items will come in our larger flappy boxes, and smaller items will come in our letterbox boxes. All boxes will be designed by TreatBox and come branded. Colours may vary. I have see your order images and can see that your order did come in one of our newer printed TreatBoxes, was the issue because it wasn't pink? “This is the second Treatbox I have brought and I will definitely be back for more! I love the fact that you can add items for a birthday, but also items that will give that feel-good feeling to whoever is going to receive it. My latest purchase is for a friend's birthday who is having a rough time at the moment, I know that she will love everything in the box, and it will make her smile, which is the main thing. every item that has come in the boxes is such great quality, its just the best gift all wrapped up in a lovely box! I love them!!!”
