“The mystery box on this order wasn't as good value as the build your own one. I don't think it was worth the money in this instance so I'd probably avoid ordering this again. The build your own and ready to go ones I much prefer. This one didn't have much variety and was underwhelming which is a shame as it was a birthday gift.”

I'm really sorry to hear that the Surprise Me Gift didn’t meet your expectations, especially as it was intended as a birthday present - we completely understand how disappointing that must have been. Unlike our Build Your Own and Ready-To-Go boxes, the Surprise Me Gift is selected by our team at the time of packing and not pre-packed. While we always aim to include a thoughtful mix of items and great value, we appreciate that the element of surprise might not always match personal preferences.
