“Was very disappointed, Could have bought everything that was in the box from home bargains or B&M for £15. Feel a bit ripped off.”

Hi Dave, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us your review. We’re really sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your Birthday Countdown Box and didn’t feel it represented good value for money. The value of the products included in our countdown boxes is always equal to or greater than the price paid, alongside each of the seven gifts being individually wrapped to create the full birthday countdown experience. We completely appreciate that the products weren’t what you had hoped for on this occasion, though, and we’re genuinely sorry that the box left you feeling disappointed. Thank you for your feedback - TreatBox 💗

“Bought as an extra treat for my daughter’s birthday, she loved the countdown advent gifts before the big day, as did her daughters! Do you do children’s versions? If not I’d suggest it as they loved the idea!”

“I ordered this for my daughter's 26th birthday lead up. I was very imoressed with the ordering scheduling and the ease of ordering. A little dissapointed that I could not see the contents of the box. My daughter is enjoying the gifts (although she has commented that the Strawberry biscuits are very sweet) Overall I am happy with the order.”

Hi Ruth, Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We are so happy to hear that you were impressed with our ordering system and that we are happy to schedule orders for the future. As customers do order the Birthday Advent for themselves we do like to keep the inside a secret on our website as to not ruin the surprise, but we are more than happy to disccuss the contents of the Birthday Advent if you pop us an email. It means so much to us that you had a great experience with TreatBox and we want to thank you for supporting us. Thank you for making our day - TreatBox 💗
