“Really good product for the price. This model would definitely need the optional 'safety pack' for full height working, though, I'd say (I already had it). I was called within 30mins to arrange delivery. It took 3 separate deliveries over the next 6 days to get it all here (Argyll, Scotland) but that isn't unusual in these parts and the expected delay was advised by TopTower. However, 5 of the frames had damaged connectors that prevented insertion of the next level of frames. Luckily, all were distorted at the lower end so a mandrel lightly tapped into them was sufficient to get them circular again. If the damage had been on the flare-swaged upper-end tips, they would have had to be returned. I'd suggest putting some (non-plastic?) temporary plugs or extra protection on these ends to stand up to some rough handling. I'll be using it regularly, so I'm now fitting permanent eye-bolt tie-ins to the walls on my place.”
