“Good sales service on the phone. Delivery good. However no assembly instructions in the box and was missing a number of nylock nuts. Had to go an buy more. As a consequence took a long time to build. Suggest could do with build/ assembly instructions on the web site. Shame would have been a 5 star otherwise. Product did what we wanted it to do.”

“Very light, and yet feels quite stable. But most will not assemble it all that often, and will probably need to watch the video online each time, to get the right parts in the right rungs in the right order”
