“The tower is very good to use. It was a little fiddly to assemble initially but the instructions were ok once found stuck under the platform. I have used it the last three days painting walls an it’s so much easier than using a ladder. Unfortunately it arrived with a little damage to one of the crossmembers despite being well packaged. I couldn’t unpack it on the day of delivery so didn’t see it until the next day. It doesn’t stop it working as intended but was a little disappointing. Admittedly I haven’t reported this as I couldn’t open it on the day. Perhaps you might be able to help with this. Other than that I would definitely recommend it, thanks.”
