Professional Discipline: Fundamental Considerations in Modern Practice Reviews

5 Rating 1 Reviews
I started out rather cynical about the need to be taught professionalism but Phillip, a barrister lecturer, presented interesting and relevant recent case studies and encouraged group discussion on the principles at stake in them. There were one or two worrying aspects that probably bypass most of us such as treating colleagues pets and how a one day qualified vet nurse could report an experienced vet for perceived unprofessional behaviour? He suggests important structures that could be put in place to ease procedures and discussion with colleagues and clients.
