“It is a cery actual issue in our profession, and is true that we are constantly pressured and stressed out, even beggining from veterinary school. I gave up to veterinary profession and for 10 years now I cannot find the motivation. I ve started to volunteerly go to the previously workplace 4 hours twice a week, but I feel I cannot find the joy and motivation.”
