“What a great winery! I love all of the Utopos varieties but this Cab Sav/Shiraz blend is my favourite by far. The fruit hits you right away with wonderful flavours of black currents. Absolutely no after taste tannins and this wine is silky smooth and creamy - you could keep sipping it forever. Amazing wine for its relatively low price and a hard to beat blend at any price. Absolutely superb”

“First try of the Shiraz/Cab blend and WOW; the most fantastic wine of the year. Just drinking so beautifully right now, tannins tucked in nice and tight, super intense but so damn welcoming. We absolutely loved it. I propose purchasing Utopos, but particularly this blend, will I hope go down as a Vinorium high point for you! Bravo”
