“Not a very good infuser sadly the leaves come out of the strainer and into the mug and no one Likes leaves in their cup !
I did contact customer service about the issue and they have supplied me with a replacement strainer that works that I am very happy with. If you are looking for a strainer just get their in-cup strainer it will work much better than this type. Also if you like really strong tea like me you won't be able to add enough tea to the ball infusers to get a cup to your liking.”
