“Recently I started buying Loose Leaf's Tulsi (Lemon Vana) tea and have been really disappointed with the amount of twigs in it, some up to 6cm long. This makes it really difficult to get into my infuser without leaves going everywhere. It is also very different from the image they have on the web entry. I have written two reviews for LLTC's web entry for the Tulsi pointing out this fact and neither has been posted. That seems to indicate that they are not willing to acknowledge the issue or do anything about it.”
