“Before I found this, I was a big chamomile and also a health food shop Night time tea fiend! I would always head to bed with a cup of the latest health food shop concoction! Thats all gone now. I have been using this lemon balm tea for about 3 weeks now. It really is a Perfect for pre-bedtime tea, and its calming effect is noticeable. Its a sublime tea and my garden has lemon balm in it. Yet to try it cold but Im sure it will not be long until I have done that and ticked the box.

“Perfect for pre-bedtime tea, this fruity yet sweet tea that is caffeine free has that calming effect. Although I have not taken it before bedtime, the calming effect is noticeable. It has an aroma that is quite delightful for casual tea time. I am not a fan of scalding hot drinks so this one tops my list of teas that I can enjoy cold.”
