“Really lovely - the maltiness of the Assam is beautifully complemented by a light floral note. The notes say to use " a heaped teaspoon", but I found that too weak for a standard mug of tea. Closer to 6 grams with a 3 minute brew time I felt really brought it to life. I also felt it went really well in a 2:1 ratio with the Lapsang Souchong. Definitely buying a bigger bag next time.”
