“I bought this in part to use it as an environmentally friendly colourant for painting and dyeing and also to try as a tea. I have tried it mixed with peppermint, which makes for a refreshing drink, but one does have to get over the totally off-putting inky blue colour! It makes a lovely blue watercolour wash for painting, however.”
