“Love this teapot, exactly what I was looking for to start using tea leaves. Perfect size for brewing lovely tea for two, I even ordered another one for my sister. There was slight damage on the lid when the 2nd one arrived (probably happened in the post) and the company immediately sent a replacement lid along with some tea leaves. Incredible customer service :)”
