“Still working my way through my first Loose Leaf Assam chai and am enjoying it a lot.
I am not used to the subtlety of Loose Leaf's mix as I come from a background of a strong Assam tannin preference that carries the milk well. However this chai, for me, is a delight black, after at least a 5 minute brew, no milk and just a smidgin of demerara sugar.
I haven't given it a 5-star review as I live in hope of finding that elixir that could only be 5 star....but then I probably couldn't afford that. I can afford Loose Leaf. I like the packaging. I like the tea...so much that I wrote a review recommending other chai lovers to give it a go!”
