Hi Chris, We are sorry about your orders.
On your first order we sent the wrong tea, we sent the correct tea the next day and you advised it had arrived OK and it was correct.
On your second order Royal Mail let us down by not delivering the next day, and you advised us you were going to refuse it, we accepted this and gave you a full refund.
This poor service is not our normal practice and we are sorry about this, as you can see we leave all reviews on our site, good or bad, so everyone can make up their own minds.
