“I was really excited to try this tea as part of my first order with the UK Loose Leaf Tea Co, I followed the instructions exactly and let brew for about 4-5 minutes. Sadly, it’s not a strong enough flavour for me. If you like weak or milky tea with a slight hint of flavour this is for you.
However, I will try this with double the amount and a longer brewing time to see if this helps strengthen the tea.
With that said, I can not fault the service and delivery from this company. 5 stars for that, I asked for plastic free packaging and they adhered to that as best they could. Thank you!”
“For my first order I selected a variety of black teas and my husband and I did our own taste trials. we gave each tea marks out of 10 and this tea scored 9 and although the others scored pretty well too, this was our favourite! It has a lovely flavour, perfect for any time of day so much so that I have now taken out a subscription.”

“This is my choice of tea when I need a caffeine fix without having to resort to coffee especially in the morning. It has lots of tannin which makes it also great to mix with milk in both hot or cold versions.
Among all the teas I have, this one is a classic that I can never live without. Be reminded not to over boil this tea as it may result in a flat or bitter flavour.”
