Hi Bill, we are sorry that the tea has not hit the taste buds as required, I have checked your orders and we have supplied this tea on 4 occasions over the few years, I have asked QC to taste the tea and they are unable to distinguish any variation from the last 3 bulk masterbatches we have here.
