“One of my favourite black teas is the Assam Bari. It has this strong, spicy, and malty flavour that's distinctly assam. This is the tea I often serve to my guests. This is a traditional tea that I sometimes drink with milk and sometimes just with sugar. The tea leaves are cut well and provide this dark tint on the tea. It's lovely! I always make sure that I have Assam Bari tea in my cupboard.”
