“Having tried many different types of phoenix oolong, from many different suppliers, this is my favourite. It has just the right balance between it's subtle roasted flavour and the fruity/honey notes that flit across the tastbuds and olfactory senses. It is also doesn't turn astringent as easily as some and is priced very reasonably.”
