“Mattress delivered timely. My only concern that it had mud and dirt on it even though it was wrapped in plastic. I had to wash the cover before it was used. Fits the ikea bed perfectly”

Firstly, we are very sorry to hear that one of our products reached you in this way. It is a shame to see that we have no record of contact from you regarding this concern raised. In a report like this, our customer care team would immediately organise a replacement cover to be shipped to you on an urgent basis.
We can assure you that we manufacture all of our mattresses and mattress covers in a strict factory controlled environment and each are quality controlled by our production manager before being signed off for dispatch to our customers so as a result we are not sure how it was marked upon arrival to you.
