“I think these are working. I initially noticed no difference in bowel movements etc but continued to take it. After a couple of weeks suddenly all changed, like a switch was turned on and they seem to have re-configured my guts to be more regular, not constipated and less bloated. So now I have stopped taking them as it has done the job I needed it too. Very happy with the results.”
