“I bought the Saffronsun supplements after a training webinar for my work. I liked what I heard and decided to give them a go before recommending them to clients, many of whom would benefit from saffron's balancing effects. I'm prone to fatigue in spite of a good diet, and I'm also perimenopausal, but within a few days of taking them I felt an increase in energy and stamina (I've started doing light weights and yoga for the first time in about 4 years and have been able to maintain my exercise regime for six weeks, about the same time as I've been taking the supplement) and also feel more balanced in general. Sleep has improved, but is still a little bit up and down for me. I also tried them on my husband (who has a stressful job) and 18 year old daughter (who has learning difficulties and anxiety linked with autism). Both have displayed much calmer responses to life in general, and their sleep is much improved. I'm hoping to see more benefits with time, but am still very happy with the change in my health up to now.”
