“We had come to more or less accept that our daughter of six had a number of allergic reactions in varying degrees over time, waxing and waning like the moon. Just recently there was a flare up when, after a period of itchy spots on the skin, she complained of getting an itchy tongue whenever she ate certain foods .Quite unbearable to her to not be able to eat what we were all enjoying. On advice of Kevin Leivers we started her off on a combination of black garlic (opening the capsule and offering half in some oat milk morning and evening) as well as giving her saffron for children every morning. Recently, after some 5 weeks of taking it we suddenly realised that we have not had seen any spots nor have we had any complaints about itchy skin nor itchy tongue for a while now. Her allergies seem to have vanished completely. We are very very grateful, thank you Kevin.”

“Black Garlic has helped get my gut microbiome under control! Even with a very good diet, I've been suffering this year. I find it works best when I take it in the morning with food, normally it's a green smoothie for me. All the current research points to a link between our microbiome, mental wellbeing, and immune health. I have felt improvements on all fronts.”
