“These capsules are amazing! Within days of starting I was moving more easily in my hips and lower back (I have had arthritis in my right hip and have taken glucosamine for years but the condition has worsened over time). I’m so happy with these capsules that I’m wrapping one a day in ham and giving my elderly staffie who has arthritis in her shoulder - and she too has a spring in her paw and we did a one hour New Forest walk yesterday that would not have been possible before with not a limp between us either yesterday or today!
