“Living in Scotland where daylight is limited for so long during the winter, vitamin D makes complete sense. Even in summer the support for the immune system is worth investing in.”

“I have been taking the vitamin D capsules for a few weeks now so very difficult to say if they have helped me. They come well packaged and easy to swallow. I have suffered with lots of coughs and cold this year so I'm hoping they will help me stay healthier or at the very least make sure my coughs and cold don't develop into something that I can't cope with. I will probably sign up for a regular prescription.”

“Haven’t been taking it long enough to see any difference however I was looking after 3 family members with bad flu over Christmas and didn’t catch it so my immune system must be getting stronger.”
