Our research has shown that heartburn and joint pain shouldn't be a side effect whilst taking our probiotics however, we understand that every person can experience different reactions whilst taking our supplements. “These are amazing , can’t be without them , settled tummy , basically don’t suffer from reflux anymore it’s totally gone ! Take one in morning and one at night . Oral thrush also gone .”
