I am sorry to hear that you are yet to receive your parcel, and that this is the first that I have heard of this.
After checking the tracking information provided by Royal Mail which was emailed to you upon dispatch of your item, I can see that your delivery was attempted on the 4th and 5th July 2023, but on both occasions unfortunately there was no answer. Due to this your parcel has remained at the Bathgate Delivery Office awaiting collection.
