“I've got a grumblin' tooth that hurts when I bite on it. It should come out but as I've had radiotherapy on that part of my jaw, the medics worry it wont heal well. I thought Difflam might act as a sort of local anaesthetic but my doc reckons it doesn't penetrate far enough to be helpful, and sure enough it hasn't made much difference in this instance. Might be good for other things though.”
