I also stick to eating windows 8 hour slots so have a 16 hour fast period where I don’t eat I also drink Rheal green cleanse superfoods each day. All together this works. The pen is the best thing I’ve ever come across and I have an under active thyroid too. Dropping off me 2.5 lbs per week and I still eat chocolate and crisps. I also take revive collagen marine premium liquid 10.000mg a day and has other supplements in like vitamin C, D, B6 and B12 10.1 g protein. All helps. I’m still on the pen journey I will be moving onto 7.5mg next week and I think that dosage will be what I stick at. Thank you to whoever created this pen.
