“I’ve been on the Mounjaro for 7 weeks now and been taking the 5mg for 3 of those weeks. In total I have lost around 6kg. The appetite for my sweet tooth has really gone which is amazing but am afraid of what happen once I’m off this in the future. Hopefully I will have become used to not wanting the desserts. Using the 5mg gave me a little rash around the injected area but nothing that was serious. I just made sure I iced it and has been fine.
You do loose your appetite so have to remember to plan and eat. Good thing is you eat a lot less then you probably would have before so try to fill yourself up with fibre( much required for the bowel) and protein to give you energy and be able to do your workouts.”
