My Weight today : 16st 3lb on 25th July 2025
Prior to this I was eating a meal, thinking about what I could eat after because I "thought" I felt hungry still.
Obviously my stomach size must be shrinking because I am satisfied with 2 balanced meals a day at the moment.
To be honest I have tried this before, without the injection, with no luck because I thought I was going to die inbetween meals of starvation .. (as if!!)
I love how this company is in direct contact with my doctor. I can see my records online, the letters that you send to the doctor, to inform them, it's so good. I'd recommend you to anyone who was thinking of starting this process.

“Going up to 5mg has helped to lose a bit more weight. The side effects are stronger too though, lots of nausea and sulphur burps for me unfortunately. Still if I'm losing weight it's worth it.”
