“I take these tablets - Tadalafil - because I had prostate cancer and I thought that these might help improve my lot sexually and nothing suggests to me that they do not help. Of course this is a quirky problem - I cannot claim that these tablets help but I do have a kind of intuitive sense that they do. I think they are worthwhile.”
