Hi Sophie Thank you for your recent review I can see you are a returning customer and have placed a number of orders with us, so am very sorry to see this. Firstly I wanted to reassure you that we use the same suppliers as many of the high street pharmacies and always want to ensure our pricing remains competitive. The prescriptions that I can see we have dispensed for you have been provided by a private clinic on a regular basis. With a private prescription, you will need to pay for the full cost of the medicine which can vary at different pharmacies. We have designed our website to be as upfront with our pricing as possible so you are fully informed of the cost of the order before your card is charged. Enabling you to make an informed choice. We do our utmost to work with a number of different wholesalers to firstly not only so that we have a consistent supply of the medication which you require but to obtain this at the best price available for all of our customers. After a review of our prices in the market place, I can see that we are significantly cheaper than other retails in the industry. It is important for me to note that in England there is an NHS prescription charge of £9.35 for most items, which many working-age adults will have to pay and there are a number of medicines and items the NHS does not provide at all but may be available to be prescribed and purchased privately. This cost does not cover the cost of the medication or the prescriber's time for the consultation undertaken. You are of course welcome to speak with your own GP regarding the medication should you prefer, as opposed to choosing a private clinic.
