“This product is great if you are certain that you have a "swimmer's ear" ear infection. It had happened to me before, and I could see from the description that it does contain an antibiotic agent. It took about a week and a half for the ear infection to clear, then I was able to go swimming again. My hearing came back properly after that. A highly recommended product. Be sure to consult a pharmacist and check that the ingredients will not cause you any allergies, especially as ear infections make your ear itch to begin with. Use as directed, with your head on one side. I would get this again if the ear condition ever came back.”
