“I always like to keep Nystatin at home, or if I am at my second home, take some with me. I get the odd outbreak of oral thrush and Nystatin is the only medication that works for me. “If you're like me, taking Steroid Inhaler for Asthma, and lazy: ie not rinsing afterwards as much as I should do, then like me you may get oral thrush. I usually use Daktarin but on this occasion, it being OOS I used Nystan. I'd used it before many years ago, and like then, it worked. I bought 2 bottles and got through 1 and 1/2. As you need to swish in the mouth, I feel it works better than oral gel Daktarin, as the Nystan has more surface contact. Plus nice taste!”
