I have escalated your feedback to our clinical team and they have advised that the two main ways of treating Eczema are; using strong steroids twice a day for 7-10 days or using a long-term emollient treatment to prevent reoccurrence.
The Dermalex Eczema cream is a long-term preventative treatment that will help restore the moisture in your skin, however, it does not work in the same way as a strong steroid would for relief from an acute flare-up.
