As a fully regulated online pharmacy, we will only source medication from responsible and reputable suppliers, the same as the traditional high street pharmacies. Given you have found both the plain and orange flavours to be too sweet, it may be that the Fybogel brand is not the best treatment for you.
The clinical team have advised that it may be more palatable if you dilute the medication in slightly more water (at least 150ml) or with squash however the treatment does contain a sweetener and, like many other medications, this has likely been added by the manufacturer so that it is not too bitter.
