“Using it to deal with the constipation side effects of treatment for severe chronic pain (including oramorph and buprenorphine). Keeps things under control, normally only one sachet a day but occasionally two. No side effects. Can probably get it on prescription but already on so much from the GP and don't want to bother her with yet another problem.”

Both CosmoCol and Dulcosoft are popular product lines that many patients find very effective in relieving their symptoms, which I sincerely hope you have experienced from using this medication.
Whilst Dulcosoft is sugar, gluten and flavour-free, Cosmocol Plain is also unflavoured, which means they can both be taken on their own or mixed with other drinks, the taste of both products whilst similar, is considered neutral (unflavoured by the manufacturer ) and mix well with other flavours should you wish.
