I am sorry to hear that the treatment which has arrived is not as expected and for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
We work with a number of different wholesalers across the country, often the same as other high street brands. We do have a very strict stock rotation policy to ensure all of our products reach you with a suitable shelf life based on the recommended or prescribed dosage that has been approved by our clinical lead.
All of our stock is thoroughly checked on a 3 month basis by our dispensary team and any items with a shelf life of less than 3 months are removed and safely disposed of.
I can see that you have been provided with an expiry date of 10/24 which would be more than sufficient for you to start the course of treatment and complete this well within these timescales however our support team have contacted you to find out more about your experience and help resolve this with you directly.

Dalacin-T Lotion is one of our very popular products, scoring 4.7 out of 5 with my customers reporting excellent results in treating acne.
