“So sorry to say I have ordered twice now from Independent Pharmacy and both times my delivery has not been sent out until I have chased it.
The system does not seem to recognise when a practitioner has forwarded the to you prescription directly... or when that prescription is still in place but a second order is made.
I suspect in each case someone was waiting for a postal prescription to arrive?”
