I can see that your order was placed on the 1st of August, and our dispensary team provided you with an email update on the same day confirming we would require the original prescription to be provided to help ensure your order progresses as smoothly as possible. Following this, we received your prescription from your clinic on the 2nd of August late in the afternoon and prepared your order ready to be collected by the courier the next working day.
Throughout your order, I can see that you were regularly in touch with our dispensary team, and do hope that they were able to keep you updated whilst we awaited the necessary prescription from your clinic.
Regrettably due to the popularity of this Oestrogel and a delay in supply from the manufacturer, as a result, our stock levels do fluctuate regularly. Unfortunately, we do not currently have any in stock however we receive new deliveries each day and our website will be updated as soon as we have a further supply where we will be happy to help you further.

I am sorry to hear that you have not found Androfem to be an effective medication in the early stages of your treatment plan and we are keen to assist you further.
As an online pharmacy, regulated by the CQC, we will only source medication from responsible and reputable suppliers, often the same as the traditional high street pharmacies, many of which will also stock a variety of generic medications from a range of brands.
We would not normally expect there to be significant changes or improvements to your symptoms for at least 3 months of use, the product information leaflet advised that it may take 1-2 months to notice any improvements.
