On our website we do not specifically stipulate whether and item is letterbox friendly - there are too many variables which would need to be taken into consideration, such as disparity in sizes of letterboxes, size of packaging, and the possibility of multiple items being ordered which would increase the size of the parcel which was sent.
The boxes which we use in our warehouse are designed to align with the various parcel sizes stipulated by Royal Mail, and we can only ship items in a box which is large enough to accommodate the order.
We are sorry if on this occasion there was a delay in the receipt of your parcel if the Postman was unable to deliver it for you. If an item cannot be delivered you can always refer to the tracking information that we send to you when your item is dispatched which will give you options to arrange a redelivery.
