This worked at first very quickly, but even with hydrating moisturisers it does dry your skin out majorly. If you apply it only apply small amounts in the affected areas. It does cause very dry skin. I have sensitive skin and I walked around with an allergic reaction for a while until others mentioned it. So it's very strong and dries your skin out. I am going to stop using it. Better to focus on within when dealing with acne. Through better hydration, better sleep and a healthy diet than to rely on something like Duac. It only masks the problem and if you have very sensitive skin it will dry and irritate your skin.

It is a very good gel that worked both for me and for my teenage daughter. The only thing I advise you is to test it first on a small area. As I said, my daughter also uses it and has an allergic reaction to one of the ingredients , nothing serious, the skin turns red in the area where the gel is applied, the doctor advised her to take antihistamines on the day she uses duac and everything is working just fine
