“I use this to manage flare-ups of my eczema, most often on my arms and back of my neck. It's most effective when applied as soon as I start to feel the tingling / pain of the skin that indicates a flare-up is imminent. It's not good to apply during a flare-up when the skin is inflamed already as it is quite greasy and can make the symptoms worse in the short term. I keep it in the fridge as the coldness helps. It is quite strong so I try to only use it when absolutely necessary, otherwise I use Hydrocortisone 1% cream.”
