I can see that your test kit was dispatched on Monday 23rd August using the Royal Mail standard tracked service. The courier tracking history indicates that your order was delivered on Wednesday 25th August.
We can not control when a sample is collected and posted by the customer thereafter.
The laboratory advised that they received your test sample on Thursday 9th September 2021 at 16:51 and the result was reported to us late afternoon on Friday 10th September.
