Again I wanted to apologise that this treatment has not been as effective as expected.
Anusol is little more than a barrier cream with some mild astringent properties. It is interesting that you have found this more effective.
Proctosedyl is a very powerful treatment, significantly more so than Anusol and clinically proven to help ease the symptoms you have reported to us.
