I am sorry to hear that you were unaware that the General Medical Council issued updated guidelines for prescribing controlled medication remotely in March 2021; Testosterone falls into this category. These guidance changes have impacted all prescribers within the UK, so you will find other online providers have taken the same action.
We made every effort to update our customers via a notification on our website, information provided in response to email and telephone inquiries, and through our marketing campaigns.
In addition, we continued to assist our customers for several months after this policy change with a single treatment dose, to support them in making alternative arrangements to source this treatment within the face-to-face setting now required. I can see that we supported you in this manner with your recent order placed on the 15th of June.
